Key Responsibilities:

• Manage case files, document control, and litigation calendars.
• Track court deadlines and coordinate with local counsel.
• Prepare and organize pleadings, correspondence, charts, and case documents.
• Review and summarize depositions and medical records.
• Assist attorneys with deposition and hearing preparation.
• Coordinate document productions and discovery responses.
• Draft discovery documents and request records.

Qualifications:

• 2-5+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Experience with CompuLaw and iManage is a plus.
• Construction defect litigation experience strongly preferred.
